it was an emergency, out hot water system is not working. we need the hot water for the little baby. Rang up, 30mins kent arrived my house after the phone call. He is very nice and very professional. Tried to find the issue for us and doesn’t take long. He found the issue and fixed it. Best part of it, he charged for a very reasonable price with no call out fee. Thanks. Highly recommended.

After I had an issue with work that wasn't completed, Kent arrived at our address on time and was very professional in his approach. I explained to Ken what has occured and that I was a little disappointed to pay for a blockage that wasn't completed. Ken spent nearly two hours and he located two other areas that had to be excavated and repaired. Ken is a very knowledgeable Plumber/Drainer and I would highly recommend him and MCN.I decided to complete the two repairs myself and I thank Ken for his honesty and cooperation. I think if a job is done properly the first time, even though it's pretty expensive, people won't mind as much. Thanks once again Ken.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I will for MCN Plumbing.If you’re looking for a plumber don’t waste your time and MONEY looking somewhere else.I called them about a burst pipe in our restaurant’s toilet which our Body Corp got a quote which I felt was “too high “.I called MCN Plumbing and they came out on a Monday did an inspection, gave a quote ($2800 CHEAPER than the other plumber) and still $1000 cheaper than a 3rd plumbing quote.Came back the next day and finished the job.OUTSTANDING SERVICEI will never use another plumber again and highly recommend them to everyone.
